Themed on Friedensreich Hundertwasser, the iconic Austrian artists of the twentieth century who compelled people to think out of the box. Newly synthesised RNA is shown as a vibrant stretch of colourful buildings with a prominent RAP block within. Here we demonstrate that RAP indeed shapes the transcriptional landscape: by interacting with the RNA Polymerase, it ensures proper timing and its coordination with the adjacent factors and other machineries.
