11.9.19, Congrats to our new Alumna: Svetlana Durica-Mitic, PhD!

Congratulations to Svetlana Durica-Mitic from the Görke Lab (Max Perutz Labs) for successfully defending her PhD thesis “Molecular and functional characterization of RNase E adaptor protein RapZ in Escherichia coli” yesterday!

Svetlana’s thesis supervisor Boris Görke chose her as his first co-worker recruited in Vienna when his group moved to the Max Perutz Labs and since then she has always played a crucial and integral role in the Görke Lab.
