2.7.19, Congrats to the new Alumna: Paola Pinto, PhD
Congratulation to Poala Pinto from the Martinez Group at the Max Perutz Labs for successfully defending her PhD thesis on “Identification of ANGEL as a novel and unique eukaryotic family of RNA 2’,3’-cyclic phosphatases” today!
Paola started her PhD studies at the Vienna Biocenter when the Martinez Lab was at IMBA. In 2016 she moved with her lab to the neighboring Max Perutz Labs. The cycle was closed as her defense was held in the IMBA lecture hall.
